    Gluten Free Banana Blueberry Pancakes

    Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 2 minutes Portion Size: 6-8 pancakes Ingredients:  2 bananas 1/2 cup of corn starch 1/2 cup of blueberries 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp unsalted butter 1 tsp baking powder 1 egg Directions: Mash bananas with fork then all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, then mix with a beater (it is much easier).
