I know it’s been a while since I’ve added any recipes on here! I have tried so many healthy eating recipes and I am finally here to share them with you. I enjoy cooking now and I used to hate it, but hey sometimes you can “wow” yourself every now and then! I love fresh, wild-caught seafood, there’s nothing like it! Here’s how it went down in the kitchen:
1lb of fresh wild caught crab meat
1 egg beaten
! cup of crushed Ritz crackers
1 tsp of yellow mustard
2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp of parsely ground of fresh (chopped)
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
Follow these steps and it will come out perfect:
Put the crab meat in a large mixing bowl, then crush your crackers and add them to the bowl with the crackers, Old Bay, and parsley. In a separate bowl you want to combine the egg, mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Wish all of those ingredients then pour it into the bowl with the crabmeat mixture. Gently mix all of the ingredients together uses a spoon but be careful to not break down the crab meat too much. Mold the mixture into small balls and bake in the oven with parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes and drizzle some melted butter and allow them to cool. Then dig in of course!
I hope this works for you. I made at least 15-18 balls. Lasted a while too, I used it as a food prep! Let me know if you try this and how if turns out for you!
