OMG! It’s been a year since I have been blogging and I must say I have come a long way! I remember the night I dreamed of this in my sleep. I had to make it come to life. I just didn’t know how, I had no idea about blogging and setting up a website. I was completely clueless, but the type of person I am I like to make things come to light itself. If I see it, I want it and I am going to go get it. We all should have that mindset right, but sometimes I try to do entirely too much lol. I just like to be on top of things lol. Well anyhoo, my trainer had mentioned he had an app and he could help me get started. I believe he was the first one I told about my idea. I honestly didn’t think it would get this far! I hired someone to do all the technical behind the scenes work and he motivated me too to get deadlines in and drafts made. It was happening so fast! I felt good thought because I wasn’t the only one who saw health blogging was going to be successful. If you take look in the archives, my first post was about the benefits of water and I used my favorite water bottle as the picture (I used the water bottle until it broke lol, I’m rough on things). My verbiage and wording changed so much since then! I remember sitting there writing my posts, time flies!
I learned what to do and what not to do for blogging. It is extremely a lot of work writing and getting the right picture, posting it at the right time, and making sure it is something my subscribers want to read. By the way, shoot to my subscribers and support system, I could not have done this without any of you. You all are a help and a motivation spark for me to keep going. This is only year one, and I’ve read stories where it takes years to become an actual pro at this. Please continue to subscribe, feel free to leave a comment (I respond back), and tell a friend who you think may be able to benefit my posts. A year later I am somewhat in the intermediate level with the behind the scenes work of my website. I find myself googling a lot more about how to do something on here. I am okay with that because that is how you learn! I also will be doing more “vlogging” instead of blogging to keep you guys interested for this following year. I also will be posting more “how to” videos so I can give you all a visual. You’re going to love it!
Once again thank you for all the visitors and subscribers here at Whole MBS! I can’t thank you enough, there would be no blog without you! Save the page as a bookmark for easy access when working out or following a recipe. I still see myself as a beginner with this blogging stuff, I enjoy learning more about the experience and being in the moment with it. If you have any suggestions or comments for year #2 with Whole Mind Body Spirit, let me know at firstname.lastname@example.org!
Have a marvelous day! KIONA XO
